The Brief

Christmas was a month away, and Samsung wanted to send an online video Christmas card that also doubled up as a product demo for the Galaxy S5. After all, mobile phones make excellent festive pressies.


The fact that the Galaxy S5 is waterproof is one of its primary selling points. At the time Samsung was very keen to emphasise this. And since it was a Christmas idea we were hoping to create, we assumed it was also snow-proof.

A truckload of snow and three Galaxy S5s later, we had our very own 'Smart' Snowman – complete with flickering eyes and an animated heartbeat.
