There are two ranges of Fairline yachts; one, about performance, and premium design; the other; luxurious comfort for longer touring journeys.
Within each range there are several models, varying in size and features, each attracting a specific customer type.
Drawing on our experience in the automotive sector we helped Fairline and their dealers match the right boat to the right customer. This would ensure that the customer was getting the best boat for their needs, and a more consistent brand experience from one dealer to the next.
The result not only allowed us to tailor specific comms messages for each boat, giving each model its place in the product ecosystem. It also helped improve the overall customer experience, enabling dealers to identify potential trade-up opportunities and increase sales revenues.
